I’m a Registered Social Worker and Therapist working in Toronto.
I have a great deal of empathy for anyone struggling with OCD because I, like so many others, have faced that struggle myself.
Being tormented by excessive thoughts that go against one’s personal values and attempting to stop, control or neutralize these thoughts with compulsive behaviours or mental rituals is the cycle of OCD.
The good news is that breaking this cycle is possible.

I’m a psychologist who works with people struggling with OCD and anxiety.

I use evidence-based treatments that have been shown to really help with OCD and anxiety, and I tailor them to fit you as a person, not just the symptoms you’re experiencing.
My approach is collaborative and supportive. I see therapy as a space where you can feel understood and where we can work together on practical tools to help you get your life back on track.
